The Marketing Specialist, based in our New York World Financial Center offices, is responsible for providing marketing and account support for Deloitte's National Chinese Services Group. The position is responsible to support firm's business objectives and marketing initiatives in the National Chinese Services Group. ?The ideal candidate will be a marketing professional who is organized and flexible with a
demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of a matrixed organization.

Position Responsibilities:
- Coordination of internal communications activities, including monthly newsletters
- Originating marketing event communication
- Development and coordination of promotional materials, presentation and sales tools
- Coordination of print production, including liaison with in-house designers, print department, and internet management teams
- Track press exposures and external events and communicate to team on an ongoing basis?

Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience from a relevant corporate, service, or non-profit organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Professional client service demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage direction from many individuals
- Indefatigable attitude and meticulous attention
to detail.
- Versatile, resilient, resourceful, responsive problem-solver.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Quark Xpress, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat proficiency a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing.
