Responsibilities:

This position is for a Group Manager responsible for the Midwest Regions Marketing Strategy and Competitive response team. Responsible for developing consumer and business marketing strategies, competitive response strategies, and offer assessments to drive profitable revenue growth in the consumer and small business market area. 

Additional responsibilities include engaging and teaming with Network Operations, External Affairs, National Marketing, Consumer and Business Sales and Service and associates in order to effectively support driving increased penetration for strategic products in defined geographic areas.


Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in the managing the performance of a high performing teamMinimum of 2 years experience managing management level employeesDemonstrated Project Management experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to oversee overall project implementation plansStrong communication and relationship building skillsDemonstrated presentation skills in delivering to a wide range of audiences including Director/VP level and front line repsExperience in tracking metrics with the ability to interpret results and translate them into tactical go-to-market programs.Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Desired Skills/Experience: The desired candidate will be highly motivated with a "Can-Do" attitudeMust work well in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet aggressive timelines, and adapt well to change.Strong negotiation skillsPrevious staff and line management experience in a sales environment a plus
