Position Overview:

 

TAMRO Capital is seeking a motivated professional who will work with the sales and investment teams in order to disseminate information on the firm and our three investment strategies to consultants and prospective clients.  The purpose of providing such information is to attract new institutional clients and ultimately increase assets under management. 

 

Job Responsibilities include:Updating consultant databases with current performance, portfolio and firm informationCompleting questionnaires and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)Assisting with the creation, updating and preparation of marketing materials, including presentation books, product profiles, newsletters and announcementsAssisting with the design and content of the TAMRO website (www.tamrocapital.com)Coordinating communication and providing information to external sales groups and consultantsResponding to other requests for information such as portfolio statistics, holdings and historic performance

 

Job Qualifications:Bachelor?s Degree: Business, Finance or English major preferredWork experience in the investment field is desirableStrong computer skills ? Excel, Word and PowerPointExcellent written and oral communication, organizational and people skillsSolid work ethic and attention to detailAdaptability, resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skillsTeam oriented ? ability to pitch in when and where needed
