A Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual in Palm Beach Gardens has an immediate opening for a professional Marketing/Administrative Assistant.  The ideal candidate for this position should be responsible, reliable, self-motivated, highly organized, detail and deadline oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.  Candidate should also possess strong communication and organizational skills. 

 

The primary job responsibility is communicating with new prospects and existing clients for the purpose of scheduling appointments for the financial rep.  Excellent verbal and written skills are required. Other essential functions of the position include: preparing and organizing all files for appointments, preparation of insurance and financial analysis proposals, maintenance of client case notes, processing of all applications, assisting clients with questions and/or problems, maintenance  and management of  all open cases, scheduling of all exams necessary for underwriting, maintenance and management of client files, and general marketing support.

 

Excellent written and verbal skills including proven competency in grammar, spelling, and proof reading, Extensive use of client database software makes proficient computer skills a must.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are a requirement for this position.
