Medical Office Front Desk Coordinator

Local medical office is seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator. This person will be responsible for greeting and directing all visitors, including patients, representatives, job candidates, and customers. Job duties include ensuring the completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures, and scheduling of patients.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.

Qualifications :
Must have 2 or more years experience in a medical office and be familiar with Microsoft Office.
