Medical Office in Naples is seeking an administrative assistant

Supports one or more physicians or physician assistants. Performs routine administrative duties: placing, receiving and routing telephone calls; receiving and directing visitors, typing, filing, faxing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, ordering and maintaining supplies. Has basic to intermediate computer skills including: word, excel, access, and quickbooks. Has experience in the medical environment and knowledge of the medical industry. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
