  Solid, established medical practice currently offers an exceptional opportunity for a top-notch Front Office Receptionist.

 

This exceptional individual will have the polish, grace, experience and finesse to represent this prestigious practice to their VIP patients. 

 

The succesful candidate will be a dependable, reliable, experienced self-starter who enjoys speaking with current patients and assisting them as well as coordinating all front office detials including scheduling appointments and filing insurance.We are seeking someone that is articulate who possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.  Solid skills and professionalism is critical to this doctor's continued growth and success.Someone with experience and/or an understanding of an ENT practice as well as how to make patients comfortable coming into the practice is desired.  Bilingual preferred.
