Medical Records Clerk/Data Entry-San Francisco, CA
Smart Document Solutions is actively seeking qualified candidates for a full - time Medical Records Clerical/Data Entry Clerk in San Francisco, CA.
Smart Document Solutions delivers quality service to thousands of hospitals, clinics and group practices nationwide using the latest in medical record technology.
This is a position scanning medical records and performing other clerical duties. It is a customer service focused position and detail oriented. It requires a high level of professionalism in dealing with highly sensitive medical documents.
The Medical Records Clerical/Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for but not limited to entering patient information into system, answering release of information calls, assisting in walk-ins, patient authorizations, and processing urgent requests via walk-ins, faxes and walk-ins.
This position is full-time Monday - Friday.
Applicants must be able to type 50-60 wpm, have exceptional customer service skills, is self-motivated, have the ability to work on their own and learn quickly on the job.
Must have previous medical records experience. No travel required.
