What you do:Answer incoming calls from callers that are already a member with Bargain Network;Inform the caller of how their membership works and other services availableRespond to telephone inquiries and complaints in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner using a computerized system along with standard scripts and procedures.Use a computerized system to gather information, research/resolve inquiries and complaints

 

Requirements:High School DiplomaOver 18 years of ageProof of authorization to work in the US1-2 years of work experienceExcellent Communication Skills (MUST be Fluent in English)Basic computer skills & typing (50 keystrokes per minute)We do preform random background checks & drug screening with new applicants.
