Mortgage Administrative Assistant

Must have experience working for a mortgage company.

 

Determine priorities and solve problems using predetermined procedures and/or creative solutions.


Work independently and confidently by developing techniques to handle multiple projects/problems simultaneously.


Perform all clerical tasks promptly and accurately.


Maintain knowledge of current procedures within  company.


Participate in Support Staff group meetings and other department functions.


Maintain dependability and confidentiality in all aspects of this position.

 

Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. Includes the draft setup and typing of letters, memos, speeches, meeting agendas, reports and slide presentations; often includes preparation of such documents.


Demonstrates professional behavior and teamwork; is punctual, dependable and adheres to company policies and procedures.


Strong attention to detail.

Ability to mange multiple priorities / tasks.
Effective writing, listening, and presentations skills.
