Mortgage Servicing Administrator
Carey, Kramer, Pettit, Panichelli & Assoc., Inc. is a leading local commercial mortgage banking company looking for a Mortgage Servicing Administrator, who will report to Assistant Servicing Manager. Job responsibilities will include:
Primary back-up to Assistant Servicing ManagerSetting up new loans on servicing systemProcessing loan payoffsMonitoring and reconciliation of escrow accountsMortgage payment processingPayment and monitoring of real estate taxesProperty insurance processingCoordinating fire loss claimsUCC continuations/terminationsAudit confirmations
Candidates must be motivated, self-starters, capable of working independently, yet have the team spirit required when working with a small company, including occasional phone support.
The most desirable candidate will have a Bachelor?s Degree (with a background in real estate insurance practices and procedures and knowledge of Acord insurance forms a plus), be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and be capable of quickly mastering specialized loan servicing software.
