NATIONAL MARKETING ASSISTANT

 

The National Marketing Assistant supports national marketing efforts for Asset Preservation, Inc. (API), a dynamic and rapidly growing Qualified Intermediary for 1031 exchanges of investment property. The ideal candidate should have a background in marketing and previous experience marketing a product or service to potential referral sources, creating new business relationships and implementing a complete marketing campaign including the design of new brochures, materials and following up with media and industry contracts to secure new business development opportunities. Should be proficient in all MS Office programs and preferably have experience with databases such as ACT! and some website/html background. Should be good at working independently, possess excellent computer and phones skills and be effective completing  projects with little supervision.
