Need Flexibility? Part-Time Purchasing Clerk Needed

Opportunity for a temporary part-time purchasing clerk in the Michiana area.  Primary duties will be ordering and maintaining supplies with employees of the bank and bank vendors.  The position will be temporary, approximately 7-10 weeks in length.

 

Qualifications/Skills Needed:
Good communication skills needed face-to-face, telephone and email
Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and basic Microsoft Access preferred; however will train
Ability to lift, move and deliver moderate to heavy packages (up to 75 lbs) with assistance for larger packages
Knowledge of Purchasing or Supplies Inventory would be helpful

 

Hours are 5 days per week, 4-5 hours per day predominantly in the morning
