Description:

Entry-level technical position. Focus is on first level support and maintenance of eFunds' network. Recognize and respond to notifications of potential network problems from multiple inputs including automated management systems, fellow associates, and customers. Work individually or as part of a team in resolution efforts, documenting all activites.



Position Qualifications Required:

Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally. 1+ years of experience in a support role in an online environment, preferably telecommunications related. Some college or specialized vocational training. Ability to work effectively and independently, on any shift, in a fast pace, 24x7 environment. Capable of performing equipment replacement, installation of cables and cross connections, and using basic hand tools.

Based on experience, may qualify for a Sr. position.
