OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Playground is in the business of marketing and selling resort real estate

for Intrawest and others. We have an exciting project based opportunity

based in Lake Las Vegas, NV and invite qualified candidates to apply.

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

Ensures office, call center and DC are fully staffed and operations.

Provide market intelligence data processing support.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

ENSURE EFFECTIVE ADMINISTRATVIE OPERATIONS OF OFFICE,

DC AND CC

? Maintain / administer office staffing schedule (in / out board) under the

  direction of Manager, Sales Team (MST) and Business Operations

? Manager (BOM)

? Timely opening and closing of Office, DC and CC

? Ensure all equipment such as fax photocopier and phone systems are

  fully operational

? Ensure kitchen is properly stocked with beverages, coffee and coffee

  supplies

? Able to provide reception & DC relief (7 day operation)

? Office Operations Management (supplies, postage & mailings)

? First line support for technical issues (liaison between Sales team and

? PGD tech)

? Arrange cleaning, utilities, maintenance snow removal, garbage etc

? Act as the contact person for office, DC and CC building maintenance

? Administer DC / operations budget in SCoPE (data entry for resort

  team expenses) and process administration payments to suppliers

? Monitor fax machine and distribute mail

? Coordinate outgoing / incoming courier packages

 

PROVIDE MI TOOLS, DATA AND DATA PROCESSING SUPPORT

? Track and report sales and marketing sales activities

? Monitor of sales activities and allocation of leads/ suspects to Sales

? Team in accordance with DS policy and ensure entry into GAME

? Station

? Data entry into GAME Station (MIC data fields / support Sales Team

  where applicable)

? Monitor GAME Station data quality assurance and completeness and

proactively suggest / implement improvement

? Collect guest registration cards, enter into GAME Station and

  distribute to Sales Team as outlined by DS lead rotation policies

? Ensure process is in place to track where all leads come from

? Closing down office database system during shut-down / close

? Ensure MI policies & privacy compliant on-resort

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

? Basic budget management (SCoPE training)

? Detail and numbers oriented

? Experience with contracts

? Support the embedding of new ?operational? tools

? Support the validation of requirements for product development

? ?Connected? to tech world (Tech savvy)

? Able to build rapport with project team and suppliers (seek out best

? Good phone skills, professional (back of house)

? Team player: willingness to help out

? Ability to resolve conflicts and set priorities
