Candidates must be organized and detail-oriented. Exceptional follow through and strong client interaction skills are essential. Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office programs.

Sample duties:

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to administrative functions such as managing files, data entry, scanning, faxing, incoming/outgoing mail, office supplies stocking/inventory, special projects and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
