CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER:
?
A strong professional is needed to be responsible for customer and vendor relations.
?
Education: Minimum 2-year technical degree highly preferred.
Experience: Previous experience with construction materials management, vendor relations, purchase orders, scheduling installs and maintenance crew, taking customer orders and answering customer inquiries, light employee relations and basic AP/AR required.
Additional: MUST have strong leadership skills and superior communication capabilities. Must be organized and able to ensure all others are organized and on-track. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quickbooks would be ideal. Must be a hard worker, very dependable and responsible, always driven to do things right the first time.

TECHNICAL OFFICE MANAGER:
?
Will supervise front desk, monitor workforce and paperwork, and recruit for new positions available within the company. Will also be responsible for addressing technical issues such as e-mail setup, computer troubleshooting, creating/maintaining Access databases, and other various duties as requested.
Education: College Degree a plus!
Experience: Previous office management experience required. Knowledge of residential supply materials and basic procedures preferred.
Additional: Must have strong computer and communication skills. Must be customer service oriented and will be expected to interact with vendors and clients on a regular basis. Must be firm and to the point, yet open to new ideas. Will be responsible for 8-10 direct reports, including accounting, sales, and contract staff. An organized, high-energy leader would be ideal.

ARTICULATE OFFICE MANAGER:
?
Will be responsible for organizing classes, scheduling, assembling manuals, coordinating company newsletter, keeping track of voice mails and retrieving messages, printing reports, updating the website, ordering office supplies, entering applicant information into ACT database, conducting some public speaking to class attendees, some AP/AR, and other various administrative duties as necessary. This position is at least 30 hours per week - more hours will be required depending on work load.
Education: College degree a plus!
Experience: Must have previous office management or intermediate level administrative experience.
Additional: Must be enthusiastic and upbeat. Strong Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quickbooks required. PowerPoint highly preferred. Must be very articulate, confident, organized, and able to work well with little supervision.
