OFFICE SUPPORT

OFFICE SUPPORT:   Pre-site caller : will call approx 200 stores a week. Will call store managers and go through a call script to ensure stores have received equipment and make sure managers are aware when techs will be coming.  Should know Excel. Good phone skills are a must.  Position will be repetitive, going through the same call script all day.  Will also look up shipping information if store says they have not received equipment.

Hours: PT 25-30/week, day hours.

Project Coordinator:

Will work with project manager to coordinate information to techs, hardware tracking of equipment to be sent and received, follow up on paperwork to ensure all is complete, work within schedules and revisions.  Will work in our large Excel project spreadsheet, so MUST be proficient in Excel.  Will be a fast-paced project, need a self-motivated person who can multi-task.
