Our goal is to create customized and integrated programs of labor services, technology and materials management that make measurable improvements in our customers' quality, production uptime and total cost.

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant. Our account is with a major Automobile Manufacturer in the Montgomery Area.? This person must be very detailed oriented with the ability to work in an environment with many distractions.? Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary as well as a polished business presence.

?

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

????????? A minimum of?3 years of progressive responsibilities in Office Administration.

????????? Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Word and Excel) are required.

????????? Purchasing and Billing experience.

????????? Ability to manage office administrative processes.

????????? Professional attitude and organizational abilities.

????????? Ability to work with minimum supervision.

????????? Payroll experience a plus!

?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

?

??????? Manage General Office administration: filing, copying, faxing, sending and receiving packages.?

??????? Screening all telephone calls, inquires, requests, and handling as necessary.

??????? Provide information by answering questions and requests by the customer, Premier Corporate Office and the local Premier staff.

??????? Assist with basic accounting related tasks, e.g. processing invoices, payroll data entry tasks and basic purchases for office related items.?

??????? Maintain an inventory of office supplies as required.

??????? Support management projects as needed.

?

Physical Requirements:? The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of job.

?

??????? The employee is also required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). The employee is frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surface from 6-12 hours. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.??

??????? The vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and adjust focus.
