Office Assistant/Administrator

We?re looking for a responsible person to work as an office assistant/administrator in our busy dealership.  In this challenging role you?ll assist the office manager in a variety of operational and administrative tasks designed to help run our dealership. 

 

Responsibilities:Assist in maintaining general office operations and appearanceServe as the main point of contact for all office machinery maintenance and repair, order office supplies as neededAssist accounting and finance with accounts payable/receivable duties Other administrative duties as needed

 

Requirements:Previous experience in an office environment preferredStrong attention to detail, working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, etc.) Professional attitude and attire a mustHigh School diploma or GED required
