Administrative Assistant/Clerical Coordinator - Automotive Services

 

North Andover contact center is in need of a professional clerical coordinator to perform a variety of office duties. Must have excellent verbal communication skills and be capable of dealing with inter-department staff in a fast paced call center environment. Ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience and be familiar with MS office programs. Duties will include compiling reports, scheduling, typing, filing, faxing, taking messages, compiling reports and other duties as assigned. If you are a dynamic, outgoing person with a professional demeanor that likes to work with multiple departments and have fun at work, this is the ideal position for you! Previous experience preferred.
