Austin Ranch, a residential / multi-family community located in The Colony, TX, has a full-time opening for a bilingual Office Assistant. Work hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30pm. Duties are as followed:

* Answer service line and communicate work orders to maintenance personnel both verbally and in writing

* Input and update work orders in Yardi system; follow up with residents to verify work was completed satisfactory; complete monthly summary report

* File completed work orders

* Check status of new work orders daily in yardi system

* Issue keys to vendors; monitor key trac system

* Schedule pest control and apartment inspections

* Process move out paper work processing to include receiving and organization of repair bids

* Assist director with administrative duties as needed.

This position requires: basic knowledge of Word; strong data entry skills; English & Spanish speaking ability. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience working in an apartment community. See our website: www.austinranch.com
