Hometown America has a current opportunity for the following position at Anchor Bay, a Hometown community located in Fair Haven, MI:

 

Office Assistant:

 

The Office Assistant will  perform community office tasks and procedures as directed by the Community Manager to assist in the achievement of occupancy/ delinquency goals and customer expectations.  The jobholder will also assist management in financial management and expense control and support the sales process.  The Office Assistant must be able to Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

The right candidate will have 2+ years experience in an office environment.  Prior residential property office experience and/or sales and leasing experience would be helpful. Experience with computer software is a must, preferably Microsoft office with Word and Excel. Experience with data entry and property management computer applications is also desired. The Office Assistant must have a cooperative attitude and ability to work well in a team environment. They must demonstrate a strong focus on customer service and keep resident and company information confidential.  The individual in the position must have a current, valid drivers license before driving a company-owned vehicle or before driving his/her own vehicle on company business.
