Office/Billing Clerk

Job Purpose:

To process the company invoices, ensure timely and accurate billing.  Assist in collections and resolve customer billing questions and inquiries.  Support and supplement in other office areas.



Duties:

* Produces bills by coordinating billing cycles; reviewing and verifying billing reports; identifying corrections.



* Verifies billing by reviewing direct bill invoices; making corrections for exception transactions; verifying timeliness of cycles.



* Serves customers and vendors by researching and responding to inquiries; mailing records, invoices, and reports.



* Perform general administrative secretarial work and filing.

 

*Responsible for A/R collections


* Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.



* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.



* Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
