Position Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant and Office Coordinator seeking the next step in their career. This position is a key contributor to the smooth operation of our Production Operations and Customer Care departments. This position will be located in our corporate Norcross, GA office and reports directly to the Senior Director of Production and Customer Service.

Areas of responsibilities will include:

? Support the Sr. Director including assisting with communications, scheduling, task tracking, reporting, as well as ownership of ad hoc assignments and projects.
? Preparing reports and presentations for management.
? Project coordination, tracking and implementation.
? Organizing and facilitating meetings them to adhere to scheduled meeting time.
? This position will also be responsible for ensuring Production Staff receive the guidance and assistance they may seek regarding, company / HR, work and policy issues.
? Creating and disseminating departmental communications.
? Coordinating department events.
? Fostering current vendor relationships and building new vendor alliances.
? Paid Time Off tracking for all Production Staff.
? Ensuring Production Staff have all necessary information, contacts, equipment and supplies to perform their job duties and are comfortable within their work environment.

? Bachelors degree preferred; AA required.
? Minimum 5 years prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting at least one Sr. Level Executive.
? Ability to complete assignments on schedule, sometimes under challenging circumstances.
? Demonstrated capability to learn quickly and adapt.
? Ability to work independently, but confident to ask for help when needed.
? Ability to work extended hours on as needed basis.
? Strong attention to detail; solid skills in follow-up and follow through.
? Ability to maintain confidentiality.
? Strong, yet professional demeanor.
? Highly dependable with a proven ability to "get things done".
? Prior experience in interfacing with all levels of staff through Executive Management.
? Demonstrated capabilities in management of priorities.
? Excellent written and oral communication; grammar and proofreading skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
? Desire to help and guide staff to ensure a pleasant and comfortable working environment.
? Sense of humor.
