Office Coordinator/Human Resource Assistant
We are looking for a dynamic, Office Coordinator/Human Resource Assistant who is highly organized, professional, and efficient. In this fast paced role there is a wide range of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:Oversee daily office operations. Answer all incoming calls, and route appropriately.Provide administrative support to the President and Director of Human Resources.Handle HR administration: employment process, file maintenance, recruitment, I-9 tracking, benefit administration, attendance track.Responsible for handling confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism.Organize necessary food and refreshment procurement.Make copies, fax, order office supplies.Continually improve processes and procedures to reduce work time and cost without compromising quality.Special projects as needed.
Qualifications:High level of initiative, motivation, and enthusiasm.Demonstrated ability to achieve results and meet deadlines, despite changing priorities and minimal direction.Demonstrated ability to handle confidentail information and display sound judgement when problem solving & decision makingAbility to interact with tact and professionalism with customers and with all levels of the Company.Ability to work with a broad range of personalities and be abe to adjust priorities as needed. Highly proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
