Global Executive Search firm is looking for a dynamic office manager to manage our midtown office. This an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic growing company where your

ability to keep the office running smoothly will be financially rewarded.  Responsibilities include

handling benefits, ordering supplies, processing invoices, maintaining office equipment, orientation to new employees on company policies and benefits, processing healthcare and 401K applications and tracking staff attendance.

 Requirements:

 

Candidate MUST have a minimum of 5 years office management experience preferably in a small to mid-sized company. We will only interview applicants who have used QuickBooks in their last position and have benefit experience.

 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Salary:  $70,000- $80,000 Benefits: Full benefit package. Position Type: Full Time
