Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Administrative Responsibilities:
Process proposals, copy, fax, mail, file set-up, monitor follow-up spreadsheet.
Responsible for pre-installation packages.
Maintain employee and customer listings through data management.
Maintain file system for the company.
Research projects as assigned by General Manager.
Make international travel arrangements.
Become in-house coordinator for all phone, fax, copier, postage meter and machine operations.
Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies.
Bookkeeping Responsibilities:
Service Billing
Collecting, scanning receipts, and management of technicians and salesmen expenses
Review Expense Reports & Work Orders and Issue expense reimbursement checks
Prepare monthly commissions for salesmen and technicians
Review of daily purchases.
Assist Service Manager in preparing Service Packets
Assist on various ?special projects? for CFO.
Work with Financial Manager on financial analysis and
justifications.
Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and database management software.
Ability to work overtime as needed with little advance notice.
