Office Manager / Bookkeeper in Kitchen & Bath Showroom

Boston Cabinets located in easy to get to South Boston location is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Bookkeeper to assist the owner of our brand new Kitchen & Bath Showroom.

 

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

 

? Client and vendor relations / Greet clients

? Maintain showroom appearance

? Order new and/or desired showroom samples

? File management and answering phones

? Data Entry

? Track and ship deliveries

? Assist in scheduling deliveries, installations and service calls

? Schedule meetings and other activities

? Maintain office supplies and equipment

? Microsoft Office / Kitchen Pond / QuickBooks

? Experience in Office Management/Bookkeeping

? Experience in the Kitchen & Bath design industry is a plus.

? Attention to detail

? Flexibility

? Willingness to learn a bit about our products and services

? Some college preferred
