QTC is the largest private provider of government-outsourced medical and disability examination services in the nation. We are currently seeking an Office Manager for our office in Alexandria, VA.

This individual we be responsible for:

Manage medical office operations and efficiency
Ensure medical report quality and timeliness
Reinforce claimant and customer satisfaction
Monitor and manage contractual service quality
Facilitate physician relations-encourage retention and service expansion
Orient, train, supervise, evaluate and develop office personnel
Participate in hiring, appraisal, development, salary assessment, and
Resolve personnel issues and promote positive morale
Complete other projects and duties as assigned.
Back office experience.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience)
Medical management experience in an operational capacity
Sound medical terminology knowledge and understanding
Working knowledge of word processing software and medical database systems
Excellent command of the verbal and written language
Exceptional interpersonal abilities
Motivated team builder
