Office Manager - Leading Fashion Jewelry Importer

Capri Williams, Inc. is a direct importer of high-end CZ fashion jewelry. We currently supply many wholesalers throughout the United States and Canada. We import all of our goods directly from China.



We have been in business for over 18 years and are looking for a special individual to work in a small company environment. We are experiencing fast growth and need someone willing to handle a variety of duties with minimum supervision.



Position requirements:



Completes administrative and accounting operations in a fast-paced office environment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

The individual must have a background in accounting and be well organized.

Able to work independently and effectively prioritize and handle competing tasks, completing assignments on time.

Experience with accounting programs and Microsoft Office is required.



Responsibilities include but not limited to:


Administrative duties

Accounting

Customer Service

Import documents
