1. What are the major objectives to be accomplished by the person in this job?
Oversee phones and maintain office support with upper level mgmt. Greet guests/Answer phones, work with Excel & Accoutning to oversee office budget, Plan company outings, meetings

Greeting customers, answering phones, providing assistance with different functions for all office staff
