We are an established loss prevention company currently seeking an experienced Office Manager/Recruiter for the Long Island/NY Metro area. Help the company be a leader in the security industry by acting as the Office Manager/Recruiter who supports field office operations; maintains field office; plans work; tracks field office requirements; maintains records; maintains customer relationships; produces documents and information; maintains administrative and technical knowledge; enhances department and organization reputation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have prior contract security or retail experience (Criminal Justice degree beneficial).
Extremely familiar with LI and suburbs.
Makes effective decisions with limited time and information. Determines decision-making criteria based on priorities.
Expert at matching tasks to the right people. Assigns challenging work to complement and develop their skills.
Senior management experience. Skills include strategic planning, influencing others, and supporting organizational change.
Adept at using more advanced word processing features such as customizing tables, working with graphics, and using mail merge.
Handles complex problems effectively. Separates key issues and generates multiple solutions.
Maintains inventory and equipment to ensure smooth office operation.
Familiar with general office equipment, including phones, faxes, copiers, scanners, and printers.
