Office Manager/Secretary Receptionist

Laboratory Equipment Company is 50+ year old manufacturer?s rep firm supplying equipment to biotech, university and hospital research laboratories. We are seeking an energetic, self motivated individual, who has attention to detail, positive attitude, willingness & desire to learn, initiative to improve the company and flexibility for the position of Office Manager- Secretary Receptionist in our Hayward office.

 

Primary Duties: Customer Service: 1st line in answering phones Process incoming equipment orders into commissions system . Manage order excel files Support field sales personnel by following up and tracking orders Field customer questions regarding orders and shipments Schedule and invoice service calls Field inbound calls and get messages to the (7) LEC outside Sales Reps Eventually learn the product lines for telemarketing and screening of sales leads

 

Secondary Duties: Monitor & maintain Product Literature supply Assemble Catalogs

 

Qualifications:

? Superior organization, communication, telephone etiquette skills. Self starter ? Excellent oral and written English skills required ? MS Office skills ? Bachelor?s degree or some college work is preferred. Science background even better.
