 Required Skills and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Phone and computer savvy

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Capacity to learn other software applications as needed

Two (2) years customer service experience

 - or -

Two (2) years office/clerical experience (Purchasing experience a plus)

- or -

Two (2) years of Accounts Receivable & collection calling experience
