Office Specialist
We are Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC), North America?s largest Kenworth truck dealership and leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for an Office Specialist at our Leasing location in Denver, Colorado. Why should you consider this career opportunity? How about the opportunity to:
? Maintain purchase order files
? Maintains Drivers Trip Reports and forwards for processing
? Work with Management to approve and process repair and purchase orders
? Prepare all Special Bill/Credit Memo requests
? Contact customers to assist in mileage collection for billing
? Perform billing, contract, creation, rental check in and out, insurance verification to assist Rental Department
? Assist Branch Manager in tracking open Return Tickets
Ideal candidate would possess:
? Five years of office clerical experience
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
? Well organized and detail-oriented
? Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
? Ability to work with little supervision
? Self motivation
? Proficiency with ten key by touch and typing skills of at least 45-50 words per minute
