This is an administrative job for a small commercial real estate brokerage. The person hired for this position needs to be well skilled in excel and publisher. The person hired for this position also needs to be organized, possess excellent people skills and be willing to complete whatever job is at hand.

This job has room for advancements both in position and in salary/bonuses. In order to make advancements in this position the person hired must show initiative and possess a good attitude while completing tasks at hand.

The person hired for this position also needs to be flexible and possess the skill of prioritizing a variety of tasks.
