On-Site Services Specialist/Copy Center/Mailroom Specialist

IKON currently has an opening for a Copy Center/Mailroom Specialist to work at a customer site in Baltimore, MD.  This position will be responsible for all or some of the following responsibilities: copy, mail, receptionist, hospitality, and shipping services. Will also be responsible for answering phones and providing world class customer service. Work Hours: 12pm - 9pm, M-F, some weekends.

 

Primary Duties include:

? Provide outstanding customer service via the phone and in person

? Pick-up, sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail

? Operate large volume duplication equipment

? Perform job finishing and quality control

? Pack and prepare boxes for shipping

? Maintain accurate records and logs in an organized manner

? Interpret written instructions on Copy Instruction forms for accurate completion of copy jobs

? Maintain copier, add paper, toner and staples, clean glass, clear paper jams and obtain supplies

 

Other Requirements include:

 

? The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

? The ability to stand/walk for long periods of time

? At least a basic knowledge of MS Office and e-mail

? Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

? Experience in dealing with highly stressful situations

 

The ideal candidate will possess prior customer service experience and an excellent work history.  Ability to multitask and take initiative is a plus.  Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
