Opening for Recruiter/Entry Level Human Resources Generalist!!!
A growing real estate company in the Irvine Spectrum area is looking for a temp-to-hire Recruiter/Entry Level Human Resources Generalist!!
This position is 60% recruiting and 40% generalist duties.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support in recruiting, benefits, and general human resource systems, and will assist in the implementation of Human Resources polices and procedures and their distribution through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings.
Responsibilities include:
Confirming job descriptions with appropriate dept., and posting on job boards
Screening resumes with pre-qualifying questions
Performing initial phone interview
Scheduling interviews and following up with departments post-interview.
Tracking of all resumes on spreadsheet
Preparing Hiring paperwork for authorization
Scheduling Background checks
Setting up new hire with NEO (New Employee Orientation)
Aiding in the processing of Payroll to include troubleshooting EzLabor issues.
Setting up training schedules, and following up with evaluations of classes.
Working with employees and leadership team on routine HR inquiries.
Assisting with the creation of personnel, medical benefit and worker's compensation records, logs, files, etc.
Aiding with preparation of monthly budget reports and other HR reports.
Completing Daily/Weekly Filing and Scanning (100% electronic!)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
A minimum of 2-3 years experience working in an HR environment
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
PC skills, including ability to use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent organization and time management skills
1 year experience with an HRIS system (preferably ADP HRIS)
