Operations Asst/Dispatcher - Rialto
The Mobile Storage Group, a rapidly expanding leader in the storage container and trailer rental industry, is seeking a results driven individual for an Operations Assistant/Dispatcher position in our Rialto, CA location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Dispatch - Coordinating customer requests and preparing driver paperwork.
? Handling inbound customer calls for orders, pick-ups, and moves.
? Process work orders.
? Issue purchase orders and code invoices.
? Additional clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and sales support.
? Process Billing.
Minimum Requirements:
? Minimum of one year experience in dispatch or operations.
? Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.
? Familiarly with heavy duty trucks/equipment.
? Good telephone etiquette.
? Organized and detail-oriented. Able to handle multiple priorities at once.
? Strong computer skills. Knowledge of RentalMan and/or operating system a plus, but not required.
? Ability to work overtime as needed.
