Job Description:

Our offices are located in downtown Chicago and convenient to both city and suburban public transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Update Performance charts
* Retrieve inventory date from XNET weekly and publish FIG summary
* Publish Safety Fleet newsletter
* Follow up on accident notices and prepare period safety summary
* Submits check deposits and summary
* DOT reporting
* Process invoices
* Input GE Fleet expenses and submit for processing
* SAP support/Oracle processing
* Update and maintain IG tracker
* Pull Sell Max and other sales reports
* Maintain CDSD website
* Analyze NEXTEL bill each month
* Publish cell phone spreadsheet each period
* Order supplies
* Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments and travel itineraries
* Prepare high-impact, visual PowerPoint presentations for presentations
* Receive and screen phone calls, letters and visitors, and answer routine questions and furnish information
* Prepare expense reports and ensure proper documentation
* Coordinate and manage Department office moves
* Open and distribute mail
* Prepare special reports and gather routine periodic data

Requirements:
* High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Strong sense of urgency to get results
* Excellent attention to detail and follow through
* Strong team player
* Strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills
* Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
* Highly proficient in MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, and Concur)
* Detail orientated with strong multi-tasking ability
* Well-organized, strong prioritization skills and ability to work with little supervision
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
* Have the ability to deal with confidential matters
* Must be available to work overtime as needed
