This office is located on Ulmerton Rd. in Clearwater, Florida and is convenient to the St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Tampa areas.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

?  Operate a private branch exchange (PBX) telephone switchboard to route incoming and interoffice calls. 

?  Supply general information to callers and records messages as necessary. 

?  Greet visitors and informs proper employee of callers' arrival. 

?  Train relief operators as needed.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

 
General high school education and 1 ? 3 months related experience. 
Knowledge of PBX telephone switchboard system with several trunk lines and numerous extensions. 
Excellent telephone protocol and the ability to deal with people in a tactful and professional manner. 
Understanding of the organization and location of departments and employees to appropriately direct calls. 
Good verbal communication skills and command of the English language.
