We have an immediate opening for an Order Entry Clerk
Part time position ? 20-25 hours per week
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support to Order Administration departmentManage a large filing systemUpdate reports for customersRun and distribute daily internal reportsMake updates to our ERP systemUse EDI to send electronic ?Advance Ship Notices? to customersWork with department manager to complete a variety of projectsPrimary back up for front-desk switchboard
Experience and Training:
High school educationData entry and basic PC skills including MS Office suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)Strong attention to detail and strong organization skillsSwitchboard experience and strong phone skills
