Order Entry / Customer Service Representative

We are a 15-year-old San Diego based consumer goods company that designs and distributes holiday costumes, wigs, and accessories to retailers worldwide.

Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking the elite employee who will add their expertise and dedication to our team.

Currently, we are in need of an Order Entry / Customer Service Representative who has a high school diploma and 1-3 years experience with order entry and/or customer service.

Duties will include:

Order entry / order processing / invoicing

Minimal inbound/outbound customer service calls

Preparing correspondence

Filing

Qualifications:

Desire to do data entry for 90% of the day

Extremely detail oriented

Ability to follow procedures and guidelines

Have a fun, ?make it happen? attitude

Problem solver

Must have working knowledge of Word and Excel

MAS 90/200 a plus but not a requirement.
