Position Supervised by:   Regional Order Manager

 

Purpose of Position:      Support the operations of the respective Conversent sales teams, in compliance with company policies and procedures.  Support the goals and objectives of all departments within Conversent.

 

Key Responsibilities:

?  Work closely with ROM to ensure all policies / processes are being followed efficiently

?  Work closely with sales to obtain all sold orders

?  Ability to read and comprehend sales orders

?  Review all orders for completion and accuracy

?  Verbally validate all orders within 24 hours

?  Reconcile reports daily with the Administrators and Managers

?  Work all rejected orders within a 24 hour period

?  Communicate information / follow up with customers

?  Maintain worklist daily

?  Understand Otis and maintain familiarity

?  Complete special projects assigned

?  Work with other departments to meet departmental goals

?  Other duties as assigned
