Order Entry Manager

Plantation Products is a family-owned, privately held business in Norton.  We are one of the largest lawn & garden companies in the US and are now looking for an energetic person to lead a 2-3 person order entry team.  This person must be able to enter orders quickly and accurately, prioritize his/her work along with all team members and pay attention to detail as he/she will have final responsibility for all work produced.  He/she will interact directly with all levels of the company and must be very reliable.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Lead 2-3 person order entry team

Enter and review all orders for accuracy

Download and process electronic orders

Prepare special shipping labels

Maintain customer accounts

Answer and resolve customer calls

 

Qualifications

 

Strong communication/customer service skills

Excellent computer skills

Attention to detail is important

Knowledge of EDI invoicing/order entry is helpful

Knowledge of MA90 or Great Plains software is helpful

1-3 years experience is required
