Order Expeditor

Reviews sales orders for completeness. Resolves incomplete sales orders in a timely manner. Follows up with sales associates on the status of incomplete orders and obtains their assistance when necessary. Maintains a tracking system of sales order status. Ensures that orders are implemented as quickly and accurately as possible by obtaining and entering existing tax balances, tying out balances correctly, distributing forms and collecting all required client documentation. Acts as liaison between clients, sales associates and EasyPay Conversion. Responds to phone calls regarding questions, problems and other related issues.



High School diploma or equivalent required. 


Ability to communicate efectively with clients, sales associates and conversion.


Good telephone skills.


Good organization skills and attention to detail.


Ability to work effectively underpressure of time constraints.


Demonstrated follow-up skills.
