Orlando Exhibitor Services Coordinator- Part Time

GES Exposition Services, a leading tradeshow and event marketing company, is seeking a high energy, growth ?oriented professional with demonstrated leadership abilities, integrity and passion for hassle ?free service for the position of Exhibitor Services Coordinator at our Orlando, Florida facility.





Function:

To handle exhibitor inquiries (primarily via telephone) and follow-up appropriately with internal customers.





Duties/Responsibilities:

 

Respond to customer inquiries.

Coordinate with all lines of business.

Telemarketing (where applicable).

Showsite follow up (where applicable).

Broad based computer experience.

Analytical problem solving

Strong verbal and written communications.

Strong math skills.

Detail oriented.

Strong organizational skills.

Willing to work weekends and nights.

Willing to travel.





Education/Experience:

 

High School Degree.

AA/continuing education preferred.

1-3 years experience in a Exhibit/display house or Customer Service environment.

Experience with Microsoft Word,Excel.
