Deloitte?Services LP is currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to?support both the Mid-America and North Central regions based in either?Cincinnati or Dallas.
?
The payroll department is responsible for the payroll processing for all of the offices in the region.? General job responsibilities include the following:
????????? Processing SAP new hire, rehire and transfer payroll forms
?????????
Processing signing bonuses, recruit loans, employee loans, and tuition reimbursements
????????? Processing of Payroll/HR Change Forms: Responsible for processing employee requests for SAP payroll/personal data changes including: tax withholding, direct deposit, salary changes, W-2 changes, personnel changes, FWA's, separations and salary continuations
????????? Responding/resolving?payroll and PTO (Personal Time Off) related inquiries from employees via email, telephone, and mail
????????? W-2 corrections
????????? Collection of monies due upon separation
????????? Other duties as assigned

Specific instruction will be provided for the qualified?candidate to understand basic payroll transactions and terminology for our organization.? This individual will ultimately be required to handle the basics of the position with minimal instruction.
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
?
?????????? High school diploma and minimum experience of 1-3 years in a clerical or
accounting function with payroll experience preferred?
?
?????????? Ten-key calculator experience
?
?????????? Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
?
?????????? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
?
?????????? Strong communication skills (both oral and written) in order to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and to convey policies and procedures to practitioners
?
?????????? Ability to work independently, make educated and informed decisions and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
?
?????????? Ability to handle confidential information
