Paralegal

DUTIES:

Installation/Training:

Prepare Power Point presentations covering safe operation of railcar moving, company safety checks and maintenance of the Company. Will have input in preparation of operator?s manual for the Company.

Conduct training of operator and maintenance personnel on the Company mobile railcar mover. This training will require travel to customer?s location all over the continental United States. Conduct training of dealer service personnel on the maintenance of the Company.

Demonstrations:

Conduct demonstrations of the Company at customer?s location as required by the Sales Department. Maybe required to conduct field troubleshooting and performance of evaluation of the Company after the Company is in operation.

Service:

Office with the manufacturing plant this position will also be required to take service and performance related phone calls from the field. Will work with field mechanic and/or operator in trouble shooting problem. Will be required from time to time to actually perform mechanical service work in the field.

REQUIREMENTS:

Associates Degree in Engineering; minimum 2 years exp in material handling service department. Hands on operational knowledge of electrical, air and hydraulic systems. The position also requires proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint. Will prepare PowerPoint presentations on safety, conduct demonstrations and take service/performance related calls from field personnel.
